Responsibilities:

• Have expert knowledge on product guidelines and lender overlays

• Ability to follow through on leads

• Originate, run credit, and run findings through Lending Pad

• Price loans in Loan Sifter or directly in the lender’s portal

• Lock loans once the file is registered with the lender

• Talk with underwriters and account executives directly
